Seachem’s Reef Dip is a coral disinfectant containing elemental iodine complexed to a protective slime coat for safe and gentle disinfecting of corals. Ideal for use before introducing new coral inhabitants to your aquarium, it is effective against bacteria, fungus, and protozoans. This formula can be used even without evidence of disease (prophylactically) or as a way to cure diseased corals. The protective slime coat ensures that the iodine is held in contact with the infected site for a period of time to ensure proper healing. Safe for anemones and polyps as well as stony and soft corals.
